Flexible Automated Collection System (FACS) is a state-of-the-art collection system providing flexibility and performance for our collectors in a real time user-friendly environment. Constant development of this product provides CSC with numerous integrated tools to collect accounts as efficiently as possible.

Document Image Storage (DISQ) seamlessly integrates with our FACS collection software giving collectors immediate access to valuable negotiating tools like signed agreements and itemized statements. Collectors can quickly settle disputes by viewing and discussing these documents or printing and mailing them to consumers relieving much of the wait time normally associated with these activities.

E-Web Online Solution for Accurate Reporting (E-OSCAR) is an internet based solution for directly interfacing consumer credit reports designed for faster and more efficient handling of disputes.

Link automates access to databases facilitating retrieval of deceased consumers, bankruptcy filings, and new demographic information. This information is automatically transmitted back to the account and the collector is notified.

Guaranteed Contacts Enhanced Multi-Vendor Protocol is an advanced predictive dialing system featuring call blending through which collectors can handle both inbound and outbound calls. This powerful system, directly interfaced with FACS, incorporates inbound account routing, answering machine detection, bad number filtering, and numerous management tools. Elimination of busy signals, no answers and fax machines dramatically increases collector productivity.

Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) is another seamlessly integrated FACS product created to handle inbound calls without collector intervention. Through automation, IVR handles consumers’ accounts from information requests to initializing a payment plan to account resolution.

FACS Check Writer offers consumers the option of paying their account balances by check over the phone. Check Writer features immediate verification of bank account numbers and automatic creation of cash batches. Checks are printed in-house and deposited daily.
