who cannot provide full payment at the time of service. CSC handles the
monthly billing, and consumers receive monthly statements similar to a
credit card statement. They enjoy the benefit of a low interest rate and
paying over time, while our clients receive the benefits of limited terms
and avoid the costs incurred from monthly billing and staff allocation to
self-pay account follow-up.
